2007 Mini Cooper S, Purchased new, is still used for road use, used in sprints and hillclimbs for the last few years on a limited number of events, this was the last model where any of the vehicle parts are not shared with any other BMW model
Modifications
Suspension - adjustable font and rear suspension, uprated springs, made in Australia.
Bonnet - changed to a fibre glass bonnet, made in Australia.
Roll Cage - 1/2 cage fitted, made in Australia.
Race Seat - Drivers side fitted only, wife may not like how it works if installed on passenger side, made in Australia.
Seat Belts - are changed out for full harness during events.
Fire Extinguisher - added
Wheels - changed from 18' to 16".
Tyres - Road legal slicks.
Exhaust - changed to 3''
Engine - Open ECU added 2019, allows mechanical tune.
Diff- Mechanical slip diff.
Engine Power - yes it has a bit.
Driver - Sensible.
