History
Purchased in 2009, was an old mans car for most of it's life around Newcastle. Was in need of some TLC. Engine is great, 178,000kms and still very sound. Little bit of rust in the spare wheel wheel but otherwise pretty straight.
Modifications
Okay, so as said needed some TLC, suspension was tired and needed replacing. So Kings lowered springs to raise the suspension (yes raise!!!) and new Top bearing plates and rubbers (nolathane) all round. Koni Sport adjustables Front and Rear. Made a huge difference. Have replaced the rear parcel shelf with a custom MDF item. Makes the Speakers sound much better and wont break with the weight of the 2.5 kg 6x9 Pioneers.
Have also replaced stereo with a decent Pioneer head unit and replaced the front 4 inch speakers in the dash with pioneer tweeters and have the subwoofers in the kick panels.
Runs a Brock cold air tray and xstream air filter. Original 4 SPD has been replaced with a 5 SPD box.
Otherwise the car is completely stock.
