History
I purchased this little ripper in Cardross (Vic.) on the 9th of May 2018 after dragging it out of the shed it was driven into back in 2006. That was after transporting it from Nhill where it had sat in a shed since approximately 1985.
The Vic. registration label is from 1985, with plate number HRJ545.
Amazingly with some fuel in the tank the fuel pump had the fuel up to the carby within seconds and Minxy fired into life :)
The brakes need recommissioning and the cable shift on the gearbox has frozen in the sheath but these are easy items to sort out. Can only select 3rd and 4th gears at the moment.
The car looks to be original inside and out with no tears in the seats, but there is some rust in the leading edge of the bonnet to sort out before rego.
This will be some seriously cheap classic car motoring once on the road :)

April 2019 - Fitted 15" wheels from a '59 Minx IIIA for lower revs at highway speeds.
