We bought the tractor in 1985. The industrial 9G had a front end loader and mid-mounted hydraulic grader setup by Dept. of Aviation for transporting around the state for maintenance of regional airstrips. The bloke who had it had restored it back to new as condition then suffered a brain aneurism,
So we bought it and set the unit up for contract fencing, with a post driver on the 3pl and a hydraulic Proline HDBA drill mounting off the back. We did hundreds of km travelled and about 100km fencing. We then changed direction and went contract guardrail installing using the 9G. This machine setup a whole industry in South Australia and made us one of the leading installers in Australia. After 10 years the machine was retired back to a yard/farm tractor and now awaits another restoration
