Bought in Townsville Nov 2005. Used to be some ambassador car. Maybe because the fuel crisis at the time, but I bought it for a very good price. Flew up, drove it down to Brisbane and had nothing but joy for two years and over 20,000 k. It was like stepping into a lounge and just get comfy and cruise. However, in the end we spent less and less time cruising and much more riding our bikes. Sol;d it to a guy just north of Caboolture who loved restoring cars. Not really anything to restore on this beauty though. Called him Manfred,
Modifications
With such a big V8, we installed dual Fuel, then we could run on just petrol or on LPG. Gas fuel point right next to petrol, behind rear rego plate. No other mods.
