History
Bought by me in 1980 from Eltham, un-restored. Restored over 10 years body, engine and transmission, drive train all needed extensive work. Won best improved at RCCV concourse in 1991. Also won in its class in 1992.
Sold in 1993 to Adelaide where it was on display for 13 years but not driven. Sold in 2000 to a farmer in Queensland where it did approx 6000 miles in 10 years.
Re-acquired by me in 2016 and since then I have slowly worked mostly on the engine and electrics. Currently fixing the water pump and radiator.
Great car, lovely to drive and own.
Modifications
2.6 litre Series II Land Rover Engine 6 cyl IOE fitted in 1986. 4.3 differential also fitted. Seat belts front and rear.
