History
We brought this Beetle early 2010, to use as daily driver, but turned out to be in much worse condition than expected. Completed restoration Feb 2013, decided I had too many cars and would not drive the Beetle enough so sold April 2013.
Modifications
One off polished Stainless steel billet interior parts, made by me, handbrake handle, gearknob, window winder parts, switches, door lock pulls, steering wheel centre, heater control knobs, seat back release knobs and seat position control knobs.
Gearbox rebuilt by Dave Butler.
Engine rebuilt by owner, with 1641cc barrels and psitons, Engle W100 cam, doghouse cooling tinware, twin carbies, etc.
