History
The Jaguar is one of about 28 of its kind surviving in the world. It is a Mark IV Drop Head Coupe of which only approximately 283 were made after World War II.
The car was made in 1948 and was registered first in England and the went to USA as a RHD car and was imported to Australia about 40 years ago.
The car was restored to concourse condition by its present owner.
The car is a 3.5 litre with 4 speed manual transmission.
The car has won many Concourse Events and is in excellent condition.
Modifications
The car is restored to original with a few performance modifications which are not externally obvious.
The car easily achieves 160 kph. and has performed on many of Australian race tracks.
