I found the HZ Kingswood panel van in a paddock where it had been sitting for seven years and bought it off the fellow, The same fellow had the donor car which was a WB statesman, it was a day and night project it took me approximately three months to build.
Modifications
When I bought the Kingswood panel van it was just an old 202 3 speed on the tree I stripped it down to its being a shell and replaced everything with the parts from the WB right down to brake lines and full wiring harness, now it is a HZ with WB statesman front motor and gearbox 308 and I have put a turbo 700 gearbox behind it,it has power steering air conditioning electric windows and cruise control it’s a beautiful car to drive.
