History
My folks bought the 1/1971 Tojo in early 1972 from Papua New Guinea when they were living there. It was one of the original PNG Police vehicles hence the baby blue colour. At the time they paid ~ $3500 AUD. It then ended up in Canberra where we lived until 1998 which is when I drove it up to Darwin where it has been since. It has been in my family since early 1972 and forever will be as it is my heart and soul. I re-registered (from ACT rego to NT rego) it with the Motor Vehicle Enthusiasts Club here in Darwin.
Modifications
350 Holley carb instead of original carb, spotties/driving lights and in-car stereo. Otherwise, it is almost all original and in good condition although it does need a re-spray.
