The Messerschmitt has been in family for many many years and was given to me to restore and use for photo’s for our wedding some 35 years ago. Was started and never finished as work was not to standard so put in corner in shed till about 4 years ago { May 2010 } when I was contacted and asked if I still had the vehicle from the Micro Club. A good fried of mine was around when I dug it out to get the numbers off for the club and he suggested we get the motor running. That is where it all started we took the little car about 120km to his shed from my place. The motor was the start then it went on from there we didn’t know where to stop until it was finished. We love it and it is a great talking piece and we do have little drives in it around the town.
