I have owned this vehicle since 1974 and it has performed a number of roles over the years as it transformed from being a young man's street machine, to towing a caravan when my partner and I, travelled Oz on a working holiday... before settling down. Then it went through an Absynth yellow colour change during the eighties, shown in this picture, for its dual-life as a performance street/strip vehicle. It won a number of trophies and raced at Surfers Paradise, Heathcote and AIR. Now it is being returned to its original Baroda Silver colour and all the factory original luxury items such as Air Conditioning and power steering, will allow a proud and graceful retirement back into the cruise and club scene. (naturally it will be allowed a little more spirited performance in respect of its history).
