Bought back in 1976. Paid $2100.
Genuine XU1.
The car was stolen in 1978. I got it back minus a lot of mechanical parts & panels. I rebuilt it with a turbocharged motor & Alfa 5 speed box. I rolled it in 1980 which wrote it off. I bought an LJ GTR body & rebuilt it again using all the XU1 parts. I sold it in 1986 for $4000.
