Bought the car a few years ago for use when training with the SES Canine Search and rescue unit in W.A. - As such converted to accommodate the dogs. Drives very well and gets through everything - great car
Modifications
Modifications include:
- Front diff lock
- Bull bar and side steps
- Additional long beam Lightforce 170mm
- New suspension and springs - lifted about 50 mm
- New tyres Cooper Discoverer S/T 265/75R16
- Poly air bags in rear springs
- Dual battery system with monitoring system.
- Additional power point installed throughout car - all comming for second battery.
- Towing points fore
- Towbar
- Set of drawers fitted in the back.
- Dog cages installed with center divider and individual doors.
- Aircondition system modified with hose going to dog cages for direct aircon there.
- Left side rear seat removed and replaced by shelf for future installation of fridge/freezer and storage area underneath.
