History
The Dnepr was made in Ukraine and is based on the BMW R71/R12 models. The factory was taken to Ukraine after WW11 as war reparations.
This particular bike was a Communist party escort bike and was brought to Australia by one of the Australian Embassy Staff.
Modifications
Twin Yamaha disk brakes on the front with a remote master cylinder to make it stop. Painted in a modern maroon colour instead of Communist Black.
Sissy bar fitted.
