History
Bought car in late 1979 (dad helped as a 21st birthday present). Car was an insurance write-off. It had been stolen and had every panel kicked in but was structurally very sound. Dad and I restored car - dad doing all the important stuff, me doing the rubbing down etc. Was my daily drive for the next 4 or 5 years or so and has been used regularly ever since with numerous things having been done to it over the years including engine rebuild, a new coat of paint or two and all then other usual stuff.
Modifications
It’s more or less standard but I’m no stickler for period perfect originality (e’g has alternator instead of generator etc)
