History
Purchased as an unfinished restoration project my father Ron completed the restoration.
A multiple award winning vehicle at Ford Days in Victoria and Zephyr Club Conventions, this vehicle has featured at ten consecutive Deniliquin Ute musters and always made it into the top 10 category. The best ever result being 3rd outright, which was a real thrill.
Ron passed away in 2015 at the age of 86 as a much loved life member of The Zephyr and Zodiac Owners Club of Melbourne Inc.
Having shared over 40 years with Dad as members of the ZZOCM, I continue to enjoy the fun, friends and fellowship of this great club.
Modifications
I’ve fitted the rare 13x6 inch Hustler Wheels for a little more road stability and a sportier theme.
Soon to follow is the installation of a reconditioned overdrive gearbox, an original option for the Zephyr range, to make highway touring more relaxed.
