History
Built in May in South Africa and sold new in Australia in 1975. Traded in to my local Ford dealershop where I picked it up in 1994. Suffered some leakage in a cyclone in Townsville and went moldy, so I decided to strip and convert to a track a car.
Modifications
Stripped interior with 6 point roll cage, race seats and 4 point harnesses.
Schrick 304 camshaft and double springs. Rebuilt in 1996 with 1 mm overbore.
Custom coilovers with Bilstein shocks and upgraded Kmac sway bars.
3.0CSi brakes and LSD.
Sound deadening removed to lighten weight.
Custom made front strut brace and rear strut brace to diff.
Battery relocated to boot and brake boosters relocated for weight distribution.
