Memories
This is my father's car this is his third zg fairlane as the other 2 had rust and due to famliy and not alot of money had to let them go. Alot of my childhood was spent in that car going to auctions picking up other cars on trailers with the zg and cruising around beeing dropped off at school and the feeling that you get as it was a nice car but all come to an end years ago. Then 3 years ago we seen this yellow one for sale believe it or not when we went to check it out the car had a lot of stories to tell the owner of it said it was just back from a variety bash and been all over Australia and could be proven with all the different color soils I removed from underneath I said to my old man boy we should get that to much of my surprise he said hmmm it's nice but no so then I went on to tell him if he was not to buy it than I would as I have so many fond memories of that car as we drove away half a hour later my old man tapped me on the shoulder and said we better go back and have another look from there we were the proud owners of another great
Australian vehicle from the 70s .From then a couple of years ago to today we have started the TLC process to bring her back to like when my old man had his we still have her registered and will continue to as we make progress to this beautiful piece of Australian motoring history that my kids and my fathers grandchildren can grow to love the car as I did at such a young age thankyou
