ordered new from Alto Ford at Gordon NSW, converted by Ted Albery at Auburn Nsw on bekhalf of Ford Aust, this car was the well known daily drive of an elderly couple in Turramurra NSW, having known the couple for some years I hadd said that should they ever wish to sell it , I would buy it without hesitation . When Jim passed away , Mavis drove it for a few more years, well into her 80's , when ordered new literally every option was picked , if it was available from Lincoln , then this car had it , Including , anti-skid ABS brakes , power sunroof, (the triple the cost , steel fully padded vinyl covered one , not the cheap & cheery glass moonroof type) , 6 way power seats with electric/automatic unlocking of the front seat backs when a door is opened , so rear seat passengers can simply touch the front seat & it falls forward so they can easily step out .
