I bought the car back in 2014 as my first car and it currently has 305,XXX Kms on the clock. The car has had a lot of work done to it by me and prior owners.
I love this car and it is my forever car. Every time I get in it I am taken back to my 18 year old self.
Modifications
By way of a short summary;
All electronics fixed and working (cluster rebuilt with new SI board and battery’s, new drivers window motor and rear passenger window motor. Various sensors and switches ect).
New radiator (2015)
Full engine rebuild from blue print with 325i m20 pistons and rods with a 323i crank in a 2.7 eta block with 323i head (2007 at 240,000 kms).
Purple power steering rack conversion with new power steering hoses (2018).
RX7 4 pot front brake upgrade with e32 master cylinder upgrade (2022)
VDO oil temp, pressure and volt gauge (2022).
Full remanufactured sports interior with reproduction fabric, complete seats, door cards and new carpet (2022).
Garagistic short shifter with weighted s*** knob, fully adjustable (2022).
H&R Springs with Bilstein b6 shocks all around (year unknown).
Replica Alpina Headers into 3 inch full stainless exhaust (2022).
All new fuel lines and air idle hose’s (2021).
Series 2 head lights and custom wiring (2022).
New blower motor (2017).
Wheel studs.
Z3 torsion LSD diff centre (2018).
Heavy duty engine and trans mounts (2022).
Large throttle body (60 mm to 64m), (2018).
New heater core and hoses (2019).
Polly subframe bushes throughout.
Factory Zender body kit installed on delivery.
All glass (bar windscreen) is factory with BMW stampings visible.
DTM control arm centres (2018).
The car is currently at Auto technic with Jessie having;
New rear main seal.
Full subframe reinforcement kit installed.
Flywheel lighten with new HD clutch.
Sump baffle and scraper install.
PCV leak fixed.
New Gear box input shaft seal.
New water pump and timing belt.
Drivers door lock rebuilt with new parts
