History
Vehicle spent most of its life in Tasmania as a family car. Restored by owner in 1980s and sold to a gent in Campbell Town in 1990s. Eventually found its way into an antique auction in 2015 where it was rescued, it having been stripped of many of its accessories, wire wheels and air filter. After engine rebuild, new brakes, suspension (ball and UV joints), tie rods, bushes and steering box and repair to chassis, the vehicle drives like new. No longer the "lawn ornament" the mechanic described it as when he told me to sell it for whatever I could get.
Vehicle number 909096. Engine number BC3585-8
Modifications
Engine block replaced in 1980. Original block still with vehicle but unusable.
