Now we're talking. The hottest thing available at the time, this has carved some lasting images in my mind and has been one of the best bang-for-your-buck rides I've had. Not without its problems though which included fast-wearing tyres replaced in 10,000km - I think I know what causes it now. And a horrible shake throughout the car at high-speed (flat-out) which caused warranty replacement of 3 clutches and still no idea what caused it so since I relied on the car for business it had to go. The dealer told me after that the next owner had the same problem which was finally traced to a severely out-of-balance drive shaft - shame, I might have kept it longer.
Modifications
Alloy wheels and better tyres.
