History
My brothers car, he bought it new in 1978, bent a valve in the early eighties and it sat there until I went and picked it up (2009) for the restoration.
Modifications
A9X four door one owner (my brothers car)
ENGINE: Original 308 with Dash 11 Yella Terra Heads, 10 to 1 forged pistons, Crane CC 288 solid cam, Scat Rods, Yella Terra Roller rockers, Edelbrock Single plane manifold, 750 DP holley Hp carb, Windage tray and large sump, crane HI6 and MSD Billet distributor (no cutting of firewall). Centre force clutch and T10 gearbox with modified Hurst speedway shifter that comes out in standard position with depress shift handle. Serc Oil cooler, Autometre gauges and shift light taco, polished cold air box.
BODY: Original, never bent but just been through full ground up restoration. 100 litre drop tank
SUSPENSION: Koni shocks, KMac sway bars and Selby springs.
WHEELS: Simmons B45 9 x 15 and 10 x 15 rear
INTERIOR: Stock chamis gofball.
EXHAUST: 2.5inch mandrel bent with Sonic Turbo mufflers, H&M extractors all cermic coated.
DIFF: A9X 10 bolt with Steel 4 pinion LSD centre and 3.55 gears
