History
This was my first car and I have owned it since 1988.
It started as a luxury pack 6 cylinder 4 speed model and was a former 1 owner car owned by a priest!
It got a v8 about 1 yr later and has become more and more modified over the years. it was my daily driver untill 1998 and has done hill climbs,track days & economy runs 33 mpg from a V8,Yes and i have the trophy to prove it.
Currently the car is in dry storage and will be bought back onto the road over the next 5 years...I have a new motor ready for it...bigger brakes...more modified suspension and other tricks which should make it a nice track type car that I will drive on the street.
Modifications
Electronic ignition,High volume oil pump a Will power single plane manifold, big valve heads with Roller rockers, Extractors and a 2.5 single exhaust system,650 holley, electric fuel pump, Unleaded conversion,lowered springs, 3 core radiator, bigger front and rear sway bars, 4 wheel disc brake conversion,3.5 LSD diff ratio,lowered springs, Sports steering wheel ,tacho,extra guages and 16x7.5 rims. I am building up another short engine which has been balanced and am fitting this engine with ARP main studs,Head studs, modified windage tray,crank scrapers and a solid cam.
