This car was owned by a Senior Officer of the US Army, at Fort Levenworth, US Military Prison in Kansas. He was being posted to Germany, and wanted to take the car with him. GM in Kansas installed a new instrument panel which is in Litre's & Kilometre's to coincide with European Systems. The car has just clicked over 62 thousand original Kilometers. Antidote is, he never went to Germany. He sold the car to a bloke from Melbourne who owned the car for 18 years, drove it twice..He didn't like all the attention that the car brought.
I purchased the car a few years ago. It is in all original condition. Engine had new seals and gaskets in 2016.
It's reportedly that this is the only 75 "ROYALE" in Australia.
It is also on the world wide owners registry held in the USA
A big plus is that I have the original BUILD SHEET, found in the drivers side (left) door
