My mother aged 42 purchased her Holden Kingswood new for $2988 on 25.06.1969 from A.B.Watson Pty Ltd - General Motors Dealer in Greensborough Victoria, because my father became tired of driving her to visit her family in Mt Gambier, South Australia.
Mum continued to drive her Kingswood until she reached 85 then handed me the keys and she became the passenger! The Kingswood has been lovingly cared for over its 51 years and remains a pleasure to drive today.
