Was converted to RHD back in the '70s, cosmetically the conversion looked great and steered really well but the engineering methods used were not so great.
It had a 400ci Motor transplanted from a well known SA drag car utilising all the go fast bits of the time, 850 Holley carb, Single plane edelbrock manifold, a radical Crane cam, mallory ignition, tuned extractors, It shook the ground and went like a rocket.
It came out the factory Silver with a red interior, It had been resprayed metallic red prior to my ownership. I changed the interior colour to black, and replaced the original Mach 1 decals.
The massive 15x10 mags with 295 BFGs filled out the '71's volumenous guards beautifully.
