History
This rare '71 LTD is one of very few right hand drive LTDs built at Broadmeadows Plant in Melbourne, 1 of about 30 cars in total. Though this is a 1971 model it was actually finished build in February 1972. This particular car was ordered for the RAAF as part of their fleet and features factory RAAF Blue/Grey EY124 paint code. It was PM Gough Whitlam's car on several occasions during its serving years in the RAAF fleet.
I purchased this Vehicle in Brisbane in 2018 from it's third owner who, himself, bought it off a deceased estate. Basing on the story I was told the old fellow bought the vehicle a few years back from a government fleet cars auction.
