History
I bought "Virginia" from a little "Dodgy Brothers" car yard on the Gold Coast in 2011, not long after she'd been imported to Australia from Japan with an auction lot of motorbikes. Doing some work on the car I found the original Bill of Sale inside one of the doors and was able to trace and contact both the original dealer (Dominion Chevrolet of Richmond, Virginia) and the original owner. However, despite considerable research since then I've not been able to turn up any further ownership information or find out how she got to Japan. I drive Virginia almost every weekend and I've put over 40K miles on her since we got together. Apart from the mods noted below she's is an all original car with numbers matching 327 small block V8.
