Vehicle was sold new in South Australia in 1968. Believed to be only 12 sold new in Australia, and only 5 currently registered. Less than 14000 built from 1965 to 1969, with less than 500 believed to be left worldwide. BMW's flagship coupe of the New Class range, father of the E9 and grandfather of the E24.
Modifications
Vehicle is original except for change to twin Weber carbs as on the Alpina version of the BMW 2000 Cs, change of colour to Manila (a colour available at the time), addition of an MSD ignition, and relocating the antenna to under the car.
