Reg: W8 DAX. The car was built by me in th UK in 2000 in approximately 6 weeks/400 hours from new parts, with the exception of the differential which was a reconditioned Ford 7inch unit, all supplied by DJ Sportscars (Dax).
The engine is a J.E. Developments (John Eales) supplied 4.8 litre Rover V8 with electronic fuel injection and R380 5 Speed Gearbox. 321.5 bhp at 5,900 rpm, rev limited (max torque: 323 lbs/ft at 4,000 rpm). The engine was built to an as new condition by John Eales on the base of a 1990 Rover V8.
