History
The Mustang Convertible was delivered to its new owner in LA in 1965 by Leon Ames Ford dealer. Leon was President of the Screen Actors Guuild and was well connected to the movie industry in nearby Hollywood.
We don't know the original owner of the car, but it was obviously well-cared for during its life in California and is now giving pleasure to its owners in Australia after being imported to Melbourne by a Mercedes Benz dealer principal. It was last registered in LA in 2006.
