The car was built in 1971 in the UK and exported to California USA. It was reimported to the UK and I bought it as a restoration project. It was professionally restored and upgraded to V8 with uprated 5 speed gearbox, uprated brakes and suspension and cooling system. I used it regularly in the UK, Yorkshire to be precise as a weekend and holiday car. I then emigrated to Australia in 2005 and brought the car with me. Here I used it as a daily drive for 18 months and the engine has been professionally rebuilt to Stage 2 by MG Workshops here in Melbourne who take excellent care of the car for me. I have the registration plates from California, the UK and now Victoria.
