History
The 1957 Chevy Bel Air has been my dream car since i was a little girl. My dad is also a massive enthusiast and I grew up following him around in the shed, learning to appreciate classic cars and bikes. Growing up in a car loving family, I don't think i had much chance of avoiding the classic car bug! My mum was born in 1957, so this car has a special connection for me. My dad was born in 1955, so a 55 Bel Air Coupe is the next car on my wish list!
This car certainly turns heads, but people really start to talk when they realise that a woman owns it and can actually drive it! I purchased this car in 2018 when i was 33 years old. I am not sure how many other ladies are out there who own a car of this calibre, and yes it is actually mine!
The previous owner was Stephen Gall, former Mr MotorX and Yamaha legend. I am sure that Shannon's actually did a garage story on this car when Stephen owned it. I have tried to keep in contact with him, to let him know how the car is going and that it is being well looked after!
