Turned into a Ute at some stage in its early life.
Picked up in Seymour Victoria I have spent 18 months almost full time restoring this old girl.
This has been a ground up complete nut and bolt restoration. I completed every part of it myself except the engine machining and purchased new rims to respoke the wheels. Everything from the rust repair, painting, engine rebuilding, Nickle plating and upholstery was all done from home in my shed. This car has definitely been a passion, once I started it there wasn’t enough time in the day for me.
Modifications
I have left the car as close to original as possible except for adding electronic ignition and a fuel pump for a bit of reliability. I have also fitted an overdrive to help keep up with modern traffic on out freeways.
