The Suzuki LJ50 was my first 4x4 vehicle when I was still on P plates. With a kerb weight of just 730 kgs it was ridiculously light, so its puny 25kW of power was actually quite sufficient when being driven off road. The three-cylinder two stroke engine had an oil tank with direct injection just like a Suzuki trail bike, so the service station attendants always looked confused when you said "fill her up with oil and check the petrol, thanks!" (an old gag among LJ50 owners). Had a lot of fun learning to drive off road in it before I moved on up to the CJ5 Jeep.
