History
As far as I know the VF-VG Hardtop was the longest two-door coupe ever built in Australia (please correct me if I’m wrong). From the firewall back It featured panel sets imported from the USA and rode on a longer wheelbase than the sedan (111 vs 108 inches). Really impressive looking car with its pillarless roof and such a cool cruiser on a hot day with all the side glass wound down. Loved it!
Modifications
This car was a one owner, stock-as-a-rock classic when I bought it so I was happy to keep it that way and just enjoy cruising around in it. Sold it after a few years when I needed more garage space - as this car used up nearly all of it!
