History
The car was brought over from the U.S as an original engine matching car (not that they had engine #s). The car it self was and is rust free whist the paint and interior was in good condition it needed still a lot of TLC such as replacing all the chrome from the interior to the exterior. A few necessary modifications to the engine to make a very reliable car. I have replaced just about every part to bring it back to whilst not a concourse car its indeed one of the best 65s in Australia.
Modifications
New Holley 600 carb / Weiland manifold /Edelbrock manifold/ 3 core alloy radiator/ 15" x 8 Scott drake wheels/ lowered suspension / reduction starter /dual 2" exhaust system/electronic ignition / no modification to interior other than replacing all chrome parts re spraying the dash fitting a modern retrosound usb mp3 stereo with 6x9 4 way pioneer rears and 4 " 3way pioneer retro fitted in the front speaker grill. The Exterior of the body is untouched except for switching the old bulbs for LEDs and fitting LED sequential tail lights and replacing out all chromed parts.
All the work has been done by myself except for the exhaust .
