Purchased in 1962 (under 12 months old) as our daily driver and motorsport vehicle. This car was one of the last bug eyes produced and was in a Mk 2 colour (Aintree green). Used for all manner of motorsport but concentrated on motorkhanas and was very successful. Other competitors at the time included the likes of Colin Bond, George Shepard to name a couple. Car was immaculate and served us extremely well.
