History
Purchased in 2013 from Sydney for 12500 and my mate Brydon drove it up for me to Brisbane. Great car that I wish I never sold. Always wanted to get into a classic wagon, with a second child on the way - this was it. Actually closed the deal on this one via text while missus was having contractions in the hospital bathroom - just in time! The Olds was bought to Australia by an American Serviceman in 1974. It remained here after being converted to RHD in 1976. Bloke called Wally owned it until the 90s sometime and I made contact with him after it was featured in Survivor car magazine. Huge wagon with the electric clamshell tailgate. Used a lot for demo derby in the states so theres not many good ones left. Put Cragars on it and lowered the back with blocks by 2 inches. Only reason I sold it was it had to live on the street coz it wouldn't get down my driveway in inner Brisbane. Some idiot smashed the cargo glass shortly after I got it. Had to get a replacement piece shipped from up near the Canadian border. $800 once installed here. Kept it for 3 years and sold it late 2016 for 13500 including the rims. Would like it back one day if I have a garage for it.
