She started life as a well optioned ( albeit pedestrian) Red Pepper Fairmont GS Hardtop with a 302 T Bar auto, and luxuries like power steering, Electric windows and Air conditioning.
A Major rebuild saw the motor rebuilt with a 351 crank and rods, a top loader fitted and a 9 inch lsd.
The colour was changed to Midnight Blue and a set of 12 slotters ( 10 inch on the rear to fill those awesome flanks) made the transformation complete.
Here is hoping it is tucked away somewhere *sniff*
