History
Purchased car in around 1990 for wife (now ex)
Was driven for a couple of years
Removed from daily duties to build as a "show car" to replace the car that I had at the time (an SS Torana Hatchback).
Money and newly wed duties got in the way and it sat in my nans garage for 10 years.
Bought her back home some time in early 2000's with view to build car into daily driver for when my son turned 18. He is now 21 (and besides he's not getting it now)
Late 2014 saw the re-birth of this car which will make the end of my career of car building/modifying ..... and hopefully the start of enjoying driving her and the attention that I have no doubt it will create !
Modifications
What's not done ???
Drivetrain - Electronic Injected Nissan SR20DE, 5 speed, Scorpion disc brake rear
Exterior - Back to bare metal restoration, 2 pack Subaru WRC blue outside, Metalic Silver undercarriage/engine bay. All work done by myself (except final blue top colour in the booth), LB Lancer chrome bumpers
Interior - Honda seats, custom rear cargo area, custom trimmed, SAAS st wheel and g knob, custom electronic speedo in re-trimmed std dash, Air Cond, Alpine Stereo with amps and subs, electric windows, alarm, central locking, tinted windows
Suspension - (frt) Sigma struts with Magna twin piston calipers, Koni inserts, King Springs with adj platforms, Commodore strut tops
- (rear) Koni shocks with std leaf springs and 15mm lowering blocks
Wheels - 17" x 7" frt and 8.5" rears
plus lots of stuff you can't see !!!
