History
Purchased on eBay from Bennalla Vic in April 2009, being used as daily driver on a property there. Returned to Melbourne, approx 3 months mechanical and body repairs (basic) to get on road with full reg. Good, honest, original condition, could be used as daily driver. Not concourse (good from far but far from good!), but not rat rod either. Like it to be well presented, but carries the history of 51 years in service.
Well, sent the old girl to a new home is South Australia - there was a LOT of interest when I had her for sale so I guess I did something right. Why did I sell? Just time, and I had an old 1965 TJ Bedford tray truck to fit into the shed - see the new girl in My Garage. Something had to give....
Modifications
186 red, HR disc brake front end, wide steelies. Was running on gas, but now removed and back to standard carb. All new running gear. EK special dash trim, period radio. Currently has a truck cabin heater, but will install Smiths beehive soon.
