History
The car started out as a factory UCF11R Celsior. Over time, I collected parts for it, including the rare Toyota OEM front lip which was hard. The wheels are custom sized and welded FABULOUS 19 inch wheels - VIP wheels imported from Japan. The bags were the final touch to make it as VIP as I could.
