in 2006 i swapped for build number 247 which was still on the original RE71's at 28,000k's for this build number 600 monster from country Victoria, built for hill-climbs and some circuit work, i put it back on the street in Qld, was running on avgas with 12.1 compression, had to drop it to 10.25 to one and pump fuel
Modifications
had 77,000k's on her, but she had a Haddad built 355ci monster stroker, big ported heads, Larry Perkins ait intake, Haltech computer, alloy radiator, thermo fan, big baffled sump, pro series cam with 254 thou lift, had 416rwhp on the dyno at 6250rpm and 698Nm of torque, had the Tremac gearbox and a 9inch diff with 3.35 gear set, big 17x9 inch Roh alloys with big 235 and 255 tyres, this thing was fast, but she stopped as well with 6piston frrom Harrop Brakes and 4piston rears all set up with the fully dusted / cooling airo ducting, full coil over koni suspension, whiteline sway bars, big fuel system with surge tanks, swirl pots, 3 porsche pumps, fuel cell, catch cans for the diff and engine, features in Street Commodores twice, #18 and 35, pictures in Street Machine issue # 41, ran only 9 seconds slower than a V8 super car with Craig Lowndes behind the wheel at Sandown - she was well set up and quick for the street, 250klm / hour in 4th shifting to fifth, now in Qld again somewhere, has changed hands a few times i think, i keep seeing it pop up in wensite for sale again
