History
Starting life in the UK, this escort was found to be a pre production vehicle and one of the first to be fitted with the EECIV EFi Ford engine management after moving from the K tronic in previous injected escorts.
Was brought to Perth from Milton Keynes last registered and changed hands several times before a full resto was completed to original, I am now resto modding it as a tribute car to my Dad.
Modifications
Interior upgrades curremtly consist of wheel, lighting, guages. Down the track recaro seating will be fitted.
Engine being taken to T3 turbo set up with front mount cooler and the clunky EECIV EFI management has recently been replaced with ECU master classic setup still using wasted spart and banked injectors to keep the running feel of the escort.
Rear disc conversion with cosworth calipers and discs have been added along with uprated street gearbox and engine mounts. A custom symtec fuel pressure regulator has been added and inline fuel gauge for easy adjustment.
