Owned by a missionary who sold it to a mate of mine who had 12 months to get it roadworthy and registered. When he finally did the repair bill was more than he wanted to spend so I bought it off him for $2600. I spent $1800 and converted it to manual and got it roadworthy and registered. Original plan was to fix it up and sell it and make some money but after I drove it for a while I couldn’t sell it! It was my daily and work vehicle for many years but now it just comes out for shows, weekend cruises and drives. 25 years this year I’ve owned it and it’ll be with me in another 25 years as well...
