Ex Sony Xplod Demo Vehicle
4 of these were purchased in conjunction with Sony and Ford, and decked out with the latest (of their day) stereo systems, custom trim and other additions.
Mine was bought from Victoria from a private owner who had it up for sale.
Modifications
Engine is the 2L dohc efi but has been extensively worked at Herrod Motorsport (Sony had them tricked up) and has custom Herrod Motorsport Suspension all round (handles great). 2 of the 4 sony Demo Cars were Turbo and 2 of them were NA.
Mine was origionally Turbo, but at some point previously, that has all been removed (but the holes for the intercooler pipes etc still remain)
As you would expect, a custom Sony Xplod Car would be decked out Stereo wise, and this one is no exception!
