I bought this bike secondhand from NSW when it was 15 months old and had only done 6500km.

I flew up to Sydney to pick-up the bike and ride back to Melbourne.
Just before Christmas 2015, the bike had done 19618km, while on my way to work a car crossed two lanes and into my path, I collected the car just in-front of the front door, B pillar, rear door and rear quarter panel. The bike was stopped dead, breaking off the front end and frame, sending me over the top and onto the road, thats where I stayed until the ambo's took me on a ride to RMH.
The bike was written off, I took a bit to repair before purchasing my next K1300R 3 days later for Christmas.
The wreck I bought and wrecked, keeping some add-on's for the new bike.
